A classically trained tenor, Lincoln Lin has great passion for vocal pedagogy, diction and baroque repertoire. Since his first collaboration with the late conductor Dr. Kenneth Cooper in 2017, Lincoln had been invited to perform with the Baroque Aria Ensemble in New York City multiple times. He also toured with the Baroque Aria Ensemble to Catskills, NY and performed the title role of operas featuring the story of Orpheus. Besides the US, Lincoln has also performed in opera productions in National Concert Hall and other major venues in Taiwan.
Lincoln holds an M.Mus. from Manhattan School of Music, where he majored in classical voice under Maitland Peters's tutelage and was frequently on the Dean's List. Prior to his education in New York, Lincoln studied voice with Prof. Shang-Fen Chyou and accomplished his master's thesis under Prof. Chyou's advisory in National Taipei University of Education. Lincoln also studied vocal performance with the renowned Taiwanese opera director Dennis Chung-Kuang Lin and acclaimed voice teacher Prof. Grace Shyou-Fen Lee.
Lincoln currently holds the position of Foreign Commissioner at the Association of Vocal Artists of R.O.C., and runs a private voice studio in New York City.
